Today a new version of Toma has been released: Toma 1.6.2. This release is a bug-fix release for the version 1.6.1 with two enhancements.

Bugs solved:
- TOMA: Reconstruction of castling in Chess960 has been improved, so false castling moves will occur less.
- TOMA: Panic Mode sending scans or game to the display clients does now work correctly in the user interface.
- TOMA: Reading the FIDE file, the drop-down boxes with players are now sorted alphabetically.
- TOMA: The year combobox jumped to the wrong position with an existing registration. This is repaired.
- TOMA: The reconstructor is searching deeper in the move tree. This solves some fast moving and taking situations.
- TOMA: Added when saving the .toma file. So the web directory is also stored.
- TOMA: The default location for web, game and backup data directories are changed for better Vista compatibility.
- TOMA: If the new Java uploader is available, this will be started instead of the old uploader, if it is available.
- TOMA: Increased the reconstruction depth for reconstructing the moves from the boards.
- TOMA: Clock values in the PGN file are restored for all moves.
- TOMA: Switched off generation of *.coordinates.txt files.
- TOMA Flash Display: new HTML file default created.
- TOMA BoCo: Added save log to file button in (hidden) debug screen.
Added functionality:
- TOMA: A *.toma backup file is written every two minutes to the backup directory.
- TOMA BoCo: faster reading of the clock messages from the boards.
