DGT Bluetooth Wireless e-Board

We proudly announce the release of the DGT Wireless e-Board for individual use.

The DGT Wireless e-Board uses Bluetooth. Only Rosewood versions of the DGT Wireless E-board will be produced. It will be able to be used in combination with any of the DGT chess sets – Timeless, Royal, Classic, Venus or Design.

KNSB Competition 2009/2010

During the season 2009/2010 the ChessLab will be used for transmitting games of the KNSB teams ESGOO (Meesterklasse) and Dr. Max Euwe (2e klasse) during their team matches. The other teams of these clubs) in the KNSB competition (and SBO promotion class) will play in the big conference room upstairs.

DGT 2010, the official chess clock of the world chess federation FIDE.

The first chess clock that automatically and at random will generate 960 starting positions. The display shows symbols indicating in which position the pieces have to be placed on the board. It brings many chess-lovers back to the chessboard.

The NEW Chess960 Ambassadors!

To promote Chess960, the new way to play, WGM Miss Bianca Muhren and GM Mr Dennis de Vreugt have become the new Chess960 Ambassadors. They are excited to start their new Ambassadorship today. They are Chess960 ambassadors on behalf of the Chess960 organisation.
