ChessBase programs like Fritz or playchess.com, but also Shredder and Rybca that run in the ChessBase environment, have problems when run under Windows 7, when a DGT e-board is connected.
Please update your program with the latest version.
In Fritz 12 this can be done by clicking on the application button (the Green "T" in the upper left corner) and choose "Activation" you will find a update entry in the sub-menu then.
Until we have solved this issue you can use the ChessBase programs in compatibilty modus, and choose Windows XP Service Pack 3

Only change the operating system here to Windows XP Service Pack 3 and leave the other options untouched.
