DGT

This wizard contains the EBoard driver (version 1.49) and additional software for installing the board on your MS Windows PC. The EBoard driver is used within several chess programs, user interfaces and databases.

• When stopping the connection with the board in Fritz12, the driver crashed. This has been solved.
• Battery information is now available (charging, time left, capacity).

This Board Setup Wizard 1.2.8 contains the update of the DGT Eboard driver to version 1.48. Also a newer version of the FTDI USB drivers are included. See the changelog below for more information.

Version 1.2.8 20100119 (DLL version: 1.48)

• Replaced the FTDI USB drivers with version 2.06.00.
• In 64bit Windows the settings are now also stored in the registry.
• Closing Fritz12 resulted in a crash. This has been solved.
• Restored installing the driver into \Program Files\ChessBase\Devices as this is necessary for Fritz DGT!
• Added the latest version of the installation file for the USB connection on the Bluetooth board.

Queen 5 is the only program that can read the internal memory of a DGT e-board, including the DGT XL clock times. It creates live PGN files while playing on the board. It can also save your game directly to the Chess Blog site ChessTheatre.com
