How does a DGT e-Board store game information?
Back to overview
Answer:
Inside the DGT e-Board the last 500 moves will be stored in the on-board memory. The information will stay in the board as long as the e-Board is powered.
The board uses a "circular memory" which means that the oldest data will be overwritten as soon as the memory is filled completely. The game information can be extracted from the e-Board by using the DGT program LiveChess which can be downloaded free of charge from our download page.
