Why does my DGT Bluetooth board not get detected in Windows 11?

Answer:

DGT e-Boards and the software required to run them are compatible with Windows 11. It is possible that your Windows 11 has a Bluetooth setting that needs to be changed in order to detect a DGT Bluetooth board.

Please check the following setting, go to:

  • Bluetooth & Devices
  • Click on Devices (note: not "Add device")
  • Under "Bluetooth devices discovery" make sure the setting is set to Advanced, not Default.

After this change you should be able to add the DGT e-Board to your Bluetooth devices.
