My Pegasus is not responding.

Reset your Pegasus and calibrate the board. Before you do this, make sure Pegasus is fully charged and switched off.

1. Remove all chess pieces from the board.
2. Press and hold the on/off button until the four center squares (D4, D5, E4 and E5) start flashing rapidly and simultaneously.
3. The board will now turn on and is reset to factory settings.
4. Pegasus is now ready to play.

If the board still does not work after these steps, please contact support.
